1. Filtrovo Pro plans
Filtrovo Pro is currently planned as two auto-renewable subscription options:
- Filtrovo Pro Yearly: one year of access per billing period.
- Filtrovo Pro Monthly: one month of access per billing period.
Pro unlocks the available premium local cameras, signature frames, color profiles, camera accessories, higher-quality export controls, and other features identified as Pro inside the app. Features labeled "Coming soon" are not included as currently available subscription functionality.
2. Annual introductory offer
Filtrovo Pro Yearly may include a seven-day free introductory trial for eligible App Store accounts. The app displays trial language only when the store reports confirmed eligibility. Eligibility is determined by the store and may depend on prior use of an introductory offer in the Filtrovo Pro subscription group.
- The monthly plan does not currently include an introductory trial.
- If eligible, the store purchase sheet shows the trial duration and the price charged after it ends.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the annual subscription automatically begins and the store charges the displayed annual price.
- Removing the app does not cancel a trial or subscription.
3. Purchase, renewal, and payment
Payment is charged to the app-store account you use to confirm the purchase. A subscription automatically renews for the same billing period unless canceled before renewal under the store's rules. The store may send renewal notices or payment-failure notices and may provide a grace period or billing-retry period.
If a payment fails or the store no longer reports an active entitlement, Pro access may end. Filtrovo does not independently collect card details or charge your payment method.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time through the store account that made the purchase. Deleting Filtrovo is not sufficient.
On iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Filtrovo, then choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial.
Apple maintains current cancellation guidance at Cancel a subscription from Apple.
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues until the current paid period ends, unless the store states otherwise.
5. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall Filtrovo or use another compatible device with the same store account, open Filtrovo's Profile or paywall and choose Restore Purchases. Restoration asks the store and RevenueCat to refresh the entitlement associated with that store account.
A restore does not create a new charge. If restoration does not find an active purchase, confirm that the device is signed into the same store account used for the original subscription and contact support with the App Store receipt date and product, but never send a payment password.
6. Refunds and billing disputes
Purchases are billed and refunded by the applicable app store. Filtrovo cannot directly issue an App Store or Google Play refund. Refund availability depends on the store, your location, purchase circumstances, and applicable consumer law.
For Apple purchases, use reportaproblem.apple.com or review Apple's refund instructions. Canceling and requesting a refund are separate actions.
7. Price and tax
Prices may vary by storefront, currency, region, and tax. We do not hardcode prices on this website because the store purchase sheet must show the current amount. Where permitted, future price changes will be communicated by the store and may require your consent before renewal.
8. Feature and plan changes
We may improve, replace, or retire individual camera profiles and Pro features. We will not describe a preview as currently available. Material subscription changes will be communicated where required, and your non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Related terms
Your use of Filtrovo Pro is also governed by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the purchase terms presented by the applicable store. If the store purchase sheet conflicts with this page regarding price, billing date, trial eligibility, or period, the store purchase sheet controls.
