1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Andres Jesus Diaz Santos, developer of Filtrovo ("Filtrovo," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using Filtrovo, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use Filtrovo. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you.
2. Limited application license
Subject to these terms and applicable app-store rules, Filtrovo grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control for personal or internal creative use.
You may not:
- copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially resell the app or access to it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- remove ownership notices, bypass access controls, interfere with purchase validation, or obtain paid features without authorization;
- use automated systems to disrupt, overload, probe, or compromise the app, website, or connected services; or
- use Filtrovo in violation of law, these terms, or another person's rights.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. The Filtrovo service
Filtrovo is a camera application. You select a camera profile, capture a new photograph, and receive a locally rendered result. Available controls and output can vary by device, operating system, camera hardware, app version, subscription status, and store availability.
Camera concepts labeled "Coming soon" are previews, not a promise that a feature will launch on a particular date or under specific commercial terms. We may add, change, suspend, or retire camera profiles and app features while respecting active subscription and consumer-law obligations.
4. Your photographs and responsibility
As between you and Filtrovo, you retain the rights you hold in photographs you capture and finished images you create using the app. Filtrovo does not claim ownership of your photographs merely because they are processed by the app.
You are responsible for the photographs you capture, save, publish, or share, including obtaining permission where required from people, property owners, performers, or rights holders. Camera profiles and frames are creative treatments and do not guarantee that an image is accurate, suitable for evidence, or fit for a professional, archival, medical, legal, or safety-critical purpose.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Filtrovo to:
- violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights;
- harass, exploit, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or unlawfully surveil another person;
- create or distribute unlawful sexual content, including any content involving minors;
- misrepresent a materially altered image where doing so would be deceptive or unlawful; or
- introduce malware, bypass security, manipulate purchases, or interfere with normal app operation.
6. Filtrovo Pro subscriptions
Filtrovo Pro may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewable access. Exact prices, currency, billing period, introductory-offer eligibility, tax, and renewal terms are shown by the applicable app store before you confirm a purchase. Store information controls if it conflicts with promotional copy.
- Payment is charged to your app-store account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through the applicable store before renewal.
- Deleting Filtrovo does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancellation stops future renewal; access generally continues through the paid period unless the store states otherwise.
- Introductory offers are limited to eligible accounts under the store's rules.
- Use Restore Purchases in Filtrovo to refresh access associated with the relevant store account.

7. App stores and third-party services
If you obtain Filtrovo through Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms. The store processes payment, billing, cancellation, and refund requests. RevenueCat provides purchase and entitlement infrastructure. Their services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Apple-specific terms
For an iOS copy, this agreement is between you and Filtrovo, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple's warranty obligations are limited to refunding the app purchase price, if any, where an applicable warranty is not met. Filtrovo, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product claims, legal-compliance claims, and third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and are not listed on a prohibited or restricted-party list.
8. Filtrovo ownership
Filtrovo, its name, brand marks, interface, software, camera-profile implementations, frames, documentation, and original assets are owned by the developer or applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
If you send feedback, you grant us permission to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Availability, maintenance, and changes
We aim to operate Filtrovo reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of a particular camera profile. Store, operating-system, and hardware changes may affect functionality. We may provide updates that are required for continued use or security.
Support is provided by Filtrovo at support@filtrovo.app, not by Apple or Google.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Filtrovo is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant a particular aesthetic result, device-camera performance, or preservation of local data.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filtrovo and the developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, opportunity, goodwill, or data; or loss arising from device failure, third-party services, unauthorized access, or your sharing of a photograph.
Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from Filtrovo will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Filtrovo during the twelve months before the event or EUR 25. This limitation does not apply where prohibited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Filtrovo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for a serious or repeated violation, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinued service. Store-managed subscription cancellation and any resulting refund remain subject to store rules and applicable law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Where required, material changes will be communicated in the app or on this website. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Spain have jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims and retain mandatory protections in their country of residence where applicable law provides that right. Before filing a claim, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
15. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganization or business transfer. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the purchase terms shown by the store are the entire agreement concerning Filtrovo.
