Camera access and capture
Enable the camera on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll to Apps, select Filtrovo, and enable Camera.
- Return to Filtrovo and reopen the Camera screen.
If no image appears, close and reopen Filtrovo. A device restart can also reset a stalled camera session. The iOS Simulator does not provide a real camera; capture quality must be tested on a physical device.
Flash, timer, grid, and focal lens
Open camera options from the slider control. Available focal lenses depend on the physical cameras reported by your device. Filtrovo falls back to the wide camera when a requested physical lens is unavailable.
Finished results and saving
Every completed Filtrovo photograph is stored in the app's own Gallery. It is not automatically placed in the system Photos library unless your settings request that behavior or you choose Save to Photos.
If Save to Photos does not work
- Open Settings, then Apps, Filtrovo, Photos.
- Allow Filtrovo to add photographs.
- Return to the finished result and try Save to Photos again.
The system share sheet is controlled by the operating system and shows apps compatible with the finished image.
Filtrovo Pro
Restore an existing subscription
- Confirm the device is using the same App Store account that purchased Filtrovo Pro.
- Open Filtrovo, go to Profile or the Pro paywall, and choose Restore Purchases.
- Wait for the store confirmation before closing the screen.
Restoring does not create a new charge. If it still fails, email support with the approximate purchase date, plan, device model, iOS version, and Filtrovo version. Do not send an Apple Account password or full payment-card number.
Manage or cancel
Subscriptions are managed by the store. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Filtrovo. Deleting the app does not cancel the plan.
See the Subscription Terms for billing, trial, cancellation, and refund details.
Privacy and local data
Current camera profiles process photographs locally. To remove Filtrovo data from the device, open Profile, Settings, then use the Delete Filtrovo Data control. This removes local Filtrovo Gallery results and app-owned data.
Copies already saved to Photos, sent through another app, included in a device backup, or otherwise exported must be managed in those locations separately.
For a privacy request, email privacy@filtrovo.app.
Common questions
Does Filtrovo upload my camera photographs?
No. Current available camera profiles render locally on your device. Cameras marked Coming soon are disabled concept previews.
Can I import an existing photograph?
No. The first release is designed around new photographs captured through the Filtrovo camera. It does not provide a photo picker or batch import.
Why am I seeing the Pro screen after my first photograph?
Filtrovo lets a new user complete one full-quality Summer 16 photograph during onboarding. Continuing to shoot requires Filtrovo Pro. Your first result remains in the Filtrovo Gallery if you dismiss the purchase screen.
Does Filtrovo have a free trial?
The annual App Store plan may offer seven free days to eligible accounts. Filtrovo shows trial language only when the store confirms eligibility. The monthly plan has no trial.
Can support cancel or refund my App Store subscription?
No. Apple processes cancellation and refund decisions. Filtrovo support can help identify the correct instructions and troubleshoot access restoration.
Where are my photographs stored?
Completed results are stored locally in Filtrovo's private app storage. A result enters Photos only when you save it there or enable the related setting.
